Info:

• Guaranteed to be the flattest 5km you'll ever run!
• Athletics Ontario sanctioned competition with Fully Automatic Timing (FAT)
  
• All ages are welcome but the target entry level is a finishing time of 30 minutes or faster
• Sections will be run from slow to fast based on seed times submitted. Each section will have approximately 20-25 competitors.
• Water station and misting station will be in place based on race time temperatures
  
• An Elite 5km (sub 16 minutes) will cap the evening
• Track North will also host 100m, 200m and 800m events for all ages prior to the 5km races, so bring your kids!

Entry Deadline: Monday, July 6th at 8pm, No race day entries

Registration Fees: 

• 5k: $25
• Twilight Events (100m, 200m, 800m): $10 per event
• All fees must be paid online via Trackie entry system

5:30pm - 100m - Open Women, Open Men
5:45pm - 800m - Open Women, Open Men

6:20pm - Section 1 (25:00 to 30:00 seeds)
6:50pm - Section 2 (22:30 to 24:59 seeds)
7:20pm - Section 3 (20:00 to 22:29 seeds)
7:45pm - Section 4 (18:00 to 19:59 seeds)
8:15pm - Section 5 (16:00 to 17:59 seeds)
8:35pm - Section 6 (15:59 and faster seeds)
