All sections will be mixed gender - Sections will be adjusted based on entry numbers.

8:05pm - Section 3 (15:45 to 18:39 seeds)

Meet Info:
- Guaranteed to be the flattest 5km you'll ever run!
- Athletics Ontario sanctioned competition with Fully Automatic Timing (FAT)
- 12.5 laps of 400m track at Laurentian University
- All ages are welcome but to keep the meet on time, competitors must have the ability to complete 5km in 30 minutes (6:00 per km) or faster.
- All sections will be mixed gender and run from slow to fast based on seed times submitted. Each section will have approximately 20-25 competitors.
- Water station and misting station will be in place based on race time temperatures
- Track North will also host 100m, 200m and 800m events for all ages prior to the 5km races, so bring your kids!
- We will have a "Fan Zone" with a Live DJ, photo area, an oversized "Personal Best Ticket" and much more! Spectators will also be welcomed to come down onto the track (lanes 5 through 8) on the homestretch for all 5km races.
